Q: How many businesses do you need to form a Networking Hub?
A: There is a minimum of 10 businesses needed to form a group. There is no maximum number of businesses per hub.
Q: Can there be more than one of the same profession per group?
A: Normally there would be 1 profession for each specialty or category. The group creator or leadership of each group gets to decide if the professions are too similar or if the businesses can compliment each other.
**Remember: If there is already a professional with your specialty, you can always create your own hub and as the creator you can choose your own professionals**
Q: Can I be a member of more than 1 hub?
A: Yes, you can be a member of more than 1 group. Note: there is no discount for being a member of multiple hubs.
Q: How do I create my own connection hub?
A: You can start your group in 3 easy steps. 1. Fill out the contact form for more information. 2. Find businesses that want to be part of your connection hub. You need at least 10 businesses (including yours) that you want as part of your hub. 3. Each business within your connection hub needs to fill out this form and pay for the first year in full.
Q: What is the cost?
A: Being a member of a hub is a very affordable. The first year must be paid in full, but after the first year you can pay month to month. Contact us for specific pricing.
Q: Can you be kicked out of your hub?
A: Yes. When there are several complaints about you and/or your service, this also reflects poorly on the other members and ruins the integrity of the hub. Because of this, the leadership of your hub can vote to remove you from the group and you will forfeit any remaining balance.
Q: How do I invite clients to my connection hub?
A: You can send the link to download the app along with the special code for your hub. Upon opening the app your customer will enter the code you provided and they will gain access to your connection hub.
Q: How do I join an existing connection hub?
A: Fill out the get started form and enter the name of the connection hub you would like to join. Once we have approval from the leadership of the connection hub you will be added to their hub.
